I came to Mosaic lost and without hope. The staff at Mosaic came along side me offering a safe place without judgement. They gave me wise council and tools to help me be the best Mom I could be for my daughter. They also helped me access resources in my community and helped me get a job. I am now working full time, supporting myself and my daughter. I am forever grateful to Mosaic Virginia.

I have volunteered and worked at Mosaic for the last 3 years. Mosaic is a shining example of a safe place where every client is cared for and valued regardless of what pregnancy decision they make. All of our services are complimentary and we offer free STI testing, pregnancy tests, and ultrasounds.

Mosaic Virginia provide a wide range of resources and services that are truly helpful. They offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins, educational classes. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping women. One aspect that truly stands out is the emotional support offered by Mosaic. The counselors are empathetic and understanding, creating a safe space to share emotions. They truly care about you and will present you with all your options without making you feel judged- really a great place. I am glad I went there!

I can testify that this is a place that give women real choices. If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy, take the phone and call them. They will not pressure you into anything, but they will show you ALL your possibilities. After listening to them, you can then choose what is best for you according to your conscience. Here you will find the most caring people that wont ask for a penny in order to help you.

BEWARE-know that this center is a pro-life facility. “Advice” given involves an hour long bible talk and in no way offers unbiased help and choices. A red flag here can be seen in the “services” they offer and the clever wording and vague assertions they make throughout their website. Dishonest and very misleading practice.

I have worked with Mosaic Virginia for the past 6 years as a supporter and benefactor. The staff is incredible in their desire to serve women and men in stressful times. They have incredible programs designed to facilitate these periods of high anxiety. They comfort, nurture and provide guidance on how to be successful parents without making choices that they will regret years later. The director of Mosaic is an incredible leader providing the accepting environment ready to Serve.

Love this organization. Ive witnessed first hand the compassionate, professional care and unconditional love women and men receive at Mosaic. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help when experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. I wish I had help like this for myself. Keep up the good work!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS ANTI-CHOICE RELIGIOUS GROUP POSING AS HEALTH CARE! They are out to get pregnant women that don’t know what to do in their most vulnerable, desperate times so they can proselytize and guilt them. Disgusting!

I first went to mosaic when I found out I was pregnant and wanted to make sure with a nurse and get an ultrasound done and was provided with a proof of pregnancy as well. The whole staff is super sweet and they have a lot of options to help you throughout your journey. thank you to everyone for all their help.

DO NOT GO HERE.Do not go here if you want real options about abortions. I went here because I thought I was going to receive real objective advice. They are just an undercover crisis pregnancy center that is pushing a pro-life agenda. While the people here are nice, like some of the other reviewers have said. This place is just going to basically tell you things to dissuade you from getting an abortion. No real place that aims to give you real options is going to ask you about religious affiliations ETC. They will run through abortion options with you and try to scare you and highlight all the horrible things that can happen to you. Its a shame that they try to deceive women into thinking they are receiving real help when they are just being scammed by an anti-abortion agenda.

Mosaic’s staff are so welcoming and provide private and confidential services. In the midst of a crazy world, they are a source of peace and encouragement! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Mosaic Virginia offers FREE medical resources...Pregnancy testing, STI testing and ultrasounds, as well as other educational services. As someone that had an unplanned pregnancy at a young age, this is the exact place I would have loved to come to for information and support.

Mosaic Virginia provides outstanding help and suppport to women and men who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. They provide free professional medical services for pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and STI testing: as well as counseling, education & training, and just providing a listening ear, all in a confidential, non-judgemental, and caring environment.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are seeking real medical help! I toured this center a while ago as a prospective volunteer. Their entire service is based on convincing women NOT to have an abortion. They peddle misleading information about the risks of abortion use manipulative language on vulnerable women including religious videos and counseling all geared towards a pro-life agenda. They will keep you there as long as they can in order to influence your decision. At the time I toured, they had no physician working with them, only a nurse. They could only offer a regular pee-on-a-stick pregnancy test and screening for 2 stis (chlamydia and gonorrhea) and not a comprehensive panel or labs. Their website claims to be nonjudgemental but understand that they are PRO-LIFE and their ultimate goal is NOT to provide healthcare for women; it is to convince you NOT to have an abortion.

Amazing women here. Truly focused on helping every step of the way. Clean place, professional, helpful and free. Can’t go wrong.

If I could give this facility a zero I would. I cant believe they present themselves as a medical facility that provides any sort of counseling. From the things these people say I honestly wouldnt have been surprised to hear they thought HIV didnt cause AIDS or something crazy like that.

I felt comfortable at 1st Choice Abortion Info and Pregnancy Clinic and got so much advice that helped me make decisions.  It’s also a very clean environment.

The staff is incredibly kind and understanding. I felt very comfortable and cared for. I highly recommended going here!
